1. 2019 Application:
- The 2019 application is only available online. Applications from previous years will not be accepted.
Print out the four page application (click here to download) Complete the form carefully; do not skip any sections.
2. Submission directions:
- Applications must be submitted to the board director for your area.
Click here to view the “Town / School List” with your Director’s name and address. Find the town your school is in (listed alphabetically). Then find your high school in that town. In the last columns (on the right) you will find the name and address of the Director for your area. (If your school is not found in the town/school list, please e-mail email@example.com with the NAME and TOWN of your school OR call Judy Morganroth, committee chairperson, at 860-498-0222. You will promptly get the name and address of the Director for your area.)
Do Not Mail Your Completed Application to ARTC.
3. Mail your completed application to the Committee Representative no later than March 30, 2019
